FACEBOOK: https://goo.gl/9M24tG SNAPCHAT: melaniiemurphy (before I get TONS of comments, yip I\'ve been a vegetarian and even a vegan in the past and I haven\'t been for a couple of years because in eating disorder recovery for orthorexia and binge eating I was told to stop limiting food groups based on presumptions that certain diets are better for me, etc, and I followed advice from nutritionists and my friend with a degree in nutrition also...I only eat local animal products and the animals in Ireland have much higher quality of life than animals in American factory farms for example. Also, when I was vegan I lost my period and got INSANE cravings for meat all the time - I\'ve read many books and studies and there isn\'t one diet to fit all people we just gotta do our best with the knowledge we have. I\'m very happy with my attitude to food xxx)'
